Leo joins CxS Partners as a story consultant. He is an award-winning audio journalist, editor, and reporter with over 10 years of experience at the BBC.

As an executive producer, he has launched some of the biggest news podcasts in the UK.

As a producer and reporter, he has made audio documentaries for some of the best-loved shows and broadcasters in the world.

Leo created a landmark episode of This American Life called ’Abdi and The Golden Ticket’, reporting on the story of a Somali refugee living in Nairobi who won the US Green Card Lottery. It was shortlisted for a Peabody Award.

Leo designed, launched, and was the executive producer of ‘Stories of Our Times’ - the flagship daily news podcast of The Times and Sunday Times (London).

Leo also led the launch of ‘Today In Focus’ - the Guardian’s award-winning flagship news podcast.

His work has been heard by millions of people all around the world. Personal, human stories are at the heart of everything he does.
